Become a Volunteer Trainer for Join Dementia Research
If you like working with groups of people and enjoy speaking in front of others, you could become a Volunteer Trainer for Join Dementia Research.
At Join Dementia Research, we are passionate about sharing what we know with others. We also look for passionate individuals who like working with groups of people and enjoy speaking in front of others. If you feel you meet these characteristics, you could apply to become a Volunteer Trainer.
We are currently recruiting lay volunteer trainers to improve the way the service is used and provide people affected by dementia with more opportunities to take part in clinical research.
Ideally, we are looking for people who already had experience in coaching, mentoring, and speaking to a public. We are keen to hear how dementia has impacted your own life or on the lives of people you know, and what equality and diversity mean in your daily life.
Join Dementia Research training is training that is fun, engaging and interactive. Applications will be accepted up to 5pm on Monday 4th December 2017.
